The AcroPrep™ Advance 96-well filter plate for nucleic acid binding, a Pall Life Sciences product, incorporates a silica-based quartz glass fiber media to allow for efficient binding of DNA and RNA, while providing smooth flow and rapid processing of samples.

The DNA binding glass fiber media purifies plasmid DNA from bacteria and genomic DNA from cell culture samples in a single plate

Plates come in two tip sizes: the long tip plate minimizes hanging drop formation to reduce the chance of cross contamination, while the short tip plate is designed for centrifugation and automation.

This media offers researchers the flexibility to purify plasmid DNA from bacteria, and genomic DNA or total RNA from cell culture samples: a single plate for multiple applications. These plates come in two tip size choices. The long tip plate minimizes hanging drop formation thus reducing the possibility of cross contamination, especially with low viscosity solvents and vacuum manifold usage. The short tip plate is optimised for centrifugation and automation. The plate sits on the outer skirt of the plate and is easier to use in automated workstations. The Acroprep Advance 96-well filter plates for nucleic acid binding is a multipurpose plate providing flexibility in applications, reduced risk of cross contamination and smooth flow for sample processing.
