A&D Weighing FXi-11 Large Breeze Break (7.9” high)

The A&D FXi-11 breeze break is designed to shield the weighing pan from air drafts and environmental disturbances, which can otherwise cause unstable readings. By reducing airflow around the balance, it helps improve measurement stability and overall weighing accuracy.

The FXi-11 breeze break is designed for A&D FX-i and FZ-i series precision balances and can be installed on many models in those product lines. It is commonly used as an optional accessory when additional protection from air currents is needed during sensitive weighing tasks.

A larger breeze break such as the FXi-11 is particularly useful when weighing larger containers, beakers, or samples that extend above the standard draft shield. Its taller design provides additional protection from airflow while still allowing easy access to the weighing pan.
