The Ohaus e-G51HS07C 120V US Guardian 5000 Hotplate-Stirrer, 15L Capacity, Ceramic Plate is designed for safety and simplicity in all research, academia and industrial applications. This model offers a temperature range of ambient +5°C to 500°C and a stirring speed from 60 to 1600 rpm, with a 15L capacity. The Guardian 5000's SmartHousing™ stays cool to the touch and is chemical resistant and offers IP21 Ingress Protection. The polycarbonate front panel includes control knobs and an On/Off switch for heater disconnect. The EG51HS07C offers safety features such as a hot top indicator light, audible alarm, and automatic shut off of the heater in the event of a malfunction.
