PALL 12082 AcroPak™ 300 Capsule with PTFE Membrane - 0.2 µm, stepped hose barb (3/pkg)

This capsule filter is designed for air/gas venting and aggressive solvent filtration, making it ideal for bioreactors, chemical processing, and laboratory filtration. Its hydrophobic PTFE membrane performs especially well in applications requiring high airflow and contamination control.

The 0.2 µm pore size provides fine filtration efficiency, helping to remove bacteria and particulate contaminants from air or solvents. PTFE material also offers excellent chemical resistance, making it compatible with harsh solvents and gases.

This filter offers approximately 280–300 cm² of effective filtration area, which allows for higher flow rates and longer service life compared to smaller filters. A larger surface area reduces clogging and improves overall process efficiency.

The standard version is non-sterile, but it can be autoclaved and integrity tested before and after use, allowing it to be prepared for sterile applications when required.

This model features stepped hose barb connections (1/4" to 1/2"), allowing easy integration with a variety of tubing sizes. This makes installation quick and flexible for different lab or industrial setups.
