PALL 5017 Multi-well Plate Vacuum Manifold

The PALL 5017 Multi-well Plate Vacuum Manifold is a high-performance microplate vacuum filtration system designed for efficient and reliable processing of laboratory samples. Engineered to perfectly fit AcroPrep™, AcroPrep Advance, and AcroWell™ filter plates, this Pall vacuum manifold ensures a secure and leak-free setup with included O-ring and gasket. The integrated control block features a vacuum pressure gauge, vacuum metering valve, vacuum release valve, and a 1/4 inch hose barb connection, allowing precise control of vacuum pressure for consistent and reproducible filtration results.

This advanced 96 well plate vacuum manifold includes a Delrin spacer block optimized for standard 350 µL receiver plates, reducing the distance between the filter plate and receiver plate to improve filtration efficiency. An optional spacer block is also available for compatibility with 1 mL receiver plates, providing flexibility for different laboratory applications. The adapter collar securely holds filter plates in place during centrifugation, ensuring stability and accurate sample handling throughout the filtration process.
