This filter holder is designed for manual filtration using standard 25 mm membrane filters, making it ideal for sample clarification, sterile filtration, and analytical preparation. It is commonly used in laboratories performing HPLC prep, particle analysis, and routine filtration tasks.

Unlike disposable syringe filters, this reusable holder allows you to replace only the membrane while reusing the housing, reducing costs over time. It is also environmentally friendly and suitable for high-frequency lab workflows where consumable savings are important.

The holder is constructed from clear, autoclavable polycarbonate with a silicone gasket, offering excellent durability, chemical resistance, and visibility during filtration. It can be sterilized at ~121°C, making it suitable for repeated use in sterile environments.

This unit can operate at pressures up to approximately 7 bar (≈100 psi) and features a female Luer lock inlet with a male Luer slip outlet, ensuring compatibility with standard syringes and lab setups.

The holder supports 25 mm diameter filters, provides about 3 cm² filtration area, and has a low hold-up volume (<0.3 mL) for efficient sample recovery. It is supplied in packs of 12 and allows bidirectional filtration due to dual filter supports.
