Description
Non-sterile Minisart® SRP syringe filters are supplied in bulk packs. This reduces waste and makes the handling easier whenever the application allows venting under non-sterile conditions. In addition the non-sterile filters can be assembled and sterilised by the user. Due to its hydrophobic nature the PTFE membrane functions as a water barrier and does not become wetted by aerosols. This keeps the hydrophobic venting filter permeable for gas or air! The housing of the filter is made of PP (polypropylene) which is compatibility with harsh gases.
