Vivacon 2 are centrifugal units for fast DNA concentration and buffer exchange of 2 ml samples. They are also the product of choice for protein fractionation applications. The use of Hydrosart ultrafiltration membranes results in high recoveries from dilute samples. Complete recovery of the concentrate is guaranteed by a reverse spinning step.Vivacon 2-PCR Grade units are treated with ethylene oxide (ETO) in a validated process to deactivate all traces of DNA that might interfere with subsequent amplification procedures.100 µl - 2 ml
