Grade 4 filter paper offers approximately 20–25 µm particle retention and very fast filtration speed. This makes it ideal for applications where high throughput is needed and ultra-fine particle capture is not critical.

These filter circles are manufactured from high-quality cellulose fibers, providing consistent porosity, strong wet strength, and reliable filtration performance for routine qualitative analysis.

Grade 4 is best selected when you need very fast filtration and high loading capacity for coarse or gelatinous materials. Finer grades should be used when small particle retention is required, but Grade 4 is preferred for speed and large-volume filtration.
